PLACING AN ORDER: Any order must be supplied in writing, on receipt of which Atrium Images will commence work.

PRELIMINARY WORK: All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at customer’s request shall be charged and shall be paid for by the customer forthwith on demand or in advance if Atrium Images requires.

COPY: A charge may be made to cover any additional work involved where copy supplied is not clear and legible.

PROOFS: Atrium Images shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer on proofs submitted by Atrium Images for customer approval. Customer’s alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged extra. Proofs provided by Atrium Images do not provide a true example of final print quality and serve only as an indication of the general layout and colour indication of the final product.

COMPANY IMPRINT: Unless otherwise specifically requested and agreed in writing, all work will carry the Atrium Images imprint or logo which will be positioned at our discretion.
